Precise and Relevant Local Data

Culpepper Compensation Surveys provide compensation data for specific geographic locations, allowing you to more accurately price your jobs.

Geographic data cuts are based on compensation data submitted by participating companies for employees matching specific jobs in local markets (i.e., cost-of-labor).
Geographic Pay Differentials
The Culpepper Geographic Pay Index (CGPI) is a geographic pay differential index that defines the pay relationship between geographic areas. Relative pay rates are available for comparisons of geographic locales to all available national data and for comparisons between specific geographic locales.

CGPI calculations are based on cash compensation data submitted by participating companies for employees matching specific jobs in local markets (i.e., cost-of-labor).

CGPI scores are used to group locales with similar pay rates into national and regional Geographic Pay Zones. Geographic Pay Zones provide large geographic data cuts and are useful for organizations that want to create geographic pay differentials.
