All of our customizable compensation reports include separate rows of data to show you how your company's pay levels compare to market.
  2. Your Company's Percentile Rank
Our Excel Compensation Reports provide the option to view Percentile Rank calculations (ranging from 1 to 100%), showing how your company ranks to market for specific jobs, compensation outputs, and data cuts.
