This survey focuses on current and projected budgets for base salary increases, salary range structure adjustments, promotional increases, and variable pay budgets. Practices topics cover salary budgeting, strategic total reward programs, and human capital expenses.

Results will provide salary budget breakouts by job level, performance, industry sector, company size, city, and country.

Eligibility

Executives and professionals within HR and finance departments responsible for compensation budgets are eligible to submit data on behalf of their organizations. HR and compensation consulting firms do not qualify to participate.

  • Preliminary, high-level results of the 2021-2022 Salary Budget Survey will be available on July 15, 2021.
  • Final comprehensive results will be available by August 31, 2021.
