The 2012 Culpepper Salary Budget Update Survey
is an update to a survey we published in the fall. It covers base salary increases, salary structure
adjustments, promotional increases, and variable incentive budgets for 2012, with breakouts by job level,
job function, job performance, industry sector, and country.
If you are responsible for compensation in your organization,
we invite you to participate in this survey.
We invite executives and professionals within HR and finance departments to submit data
on behalf of their organizations. HR consulting firms do not qualify to participate. However,
we encourage consultants to have the firms they represent participate.

Participate and receive results.
Immediately after you participate, you will be able to download a copy of our most recent salary
budget report from September 2011. It includes salary budget data for 2012 from 1,065 participating
organizations with employees across 95 countries.
All qualifying participants in the 2012 Salary Budget Update Survey will receive a complimentary report with survey results in PDF and Excel formats
after we have finished collecting, verifying, and analyzing data. The final report will be sent via e-mail to all participants by Wednesday, March 14, 2012.
