The 2012 Bonus and Short-Term Incentive Practices Survey
focuses on current trends and practices for bonus and short-term cash incentive plans
in the U.S. and Canada. Topics covered include performance-based bonuses,
discretionary bonuses, cash profit-sharing plans, and other cash bonus programs.
We invite executives and professionals within HR and finance departments to submit data
on behalf of their organizations. HR consulting firms do not qualify to participate. However,
we encourage consultants to have the firms they represent participate.

The survey will close Friday, April 13, 2012 at 11:55pm Eastern.
All qualifying participants will receive a complimentary PDF report with survey results
after we have finished collecting, verifying, and analyzing data. The final report will
be sent via e-mail to all participants by May 3, 2012.
