Annual online subscriptions to Culpepper Start-up and Small Company Compensation Surveys include:

    Download standard, pre-built reports in Excel and PDF formats with cash compensation data for multiple jobs and the most relevant data cuts.

  2. Custom Data Cuts for Start-ups and Small Companies
    After you complete participation requirements, you can request an unlimited number of online custom reports at no additional fee with salary, incentive, allowance, and equity data by job.

    • Start-up/Small Company Size Data Cuts
      Company size data cuts and custom peer groups are limited to comparisons against other start-ups and small companies.

    • Geographic Data Cuts
      S
      ubscriptions to U.S. data are limited to one geographic locale, area, and pay zone. Subscriptions to international data are limited to one country and include data for all available cities with sufficient data.

  3. Comprehensive Job Descriptions and Level-Cutter Guides

    We provide comprehensive job descriptions and level-cutter guides to help you match your jobs and create your own custom descriptions.

  4. TalkPay E-mail Discussion Group
    A moderated, opt-in e-mail discussion group for Culpepper subscribers to ask questions, discuss emerging trends and share valuable new ideas and solutions.

  5. Unlimited Number of Online User Licenses
    You can authorize access to an unlimited number of internal, employee users and up to two external, non-employee HR consultants advising your company on your compensation plans and practices.

Qualification:

  • Start-up is limited to companies with less than 20 world-wide employees.

  • Small Company is limited to technology companies with less than 50 world-wide employees.

  • Small Company Plus is limited to technology companies with less than 100 world-wide employees.

Participation Requirements:
Participation is required in Culpepper Compensation Surveys. You must submit compensation data for all employees matching jobs covered in each survey and country you choose to include in your subscription. If you submit compensation data for all worldwide locations will receive access to all available countries included in your subscription. If you are unable to submit data for all worldwide locations, access is restricted to countries submitted.

We require data submission within 90 days of the start of your subscription. However, if a deferred participation date would be more desirable, then a deferred participation date can be arranged if mutually agreed to at the time of subscription purchase.

($1,695 Effective January 1, 2009)

Payment Terms for New & Renewing Subscribers:
Credit card or Invoice. If you select "Bill Me", we will invoice you via e-mail, but your services cannot be activated until we receive payment. You must complete an online order form to receive an invoice.
