Custom Compensation Reports

Participants can request an unlimited number of custom reports at no additional fee with salary, incentive, allowance, and equity data by job. You can select preferences for data cuts; benchmark groups; data aging; effective salary date; components of compensation; statistical metrics; and allowance & incentive eligibility.

Data Cut Options
Our Custom Excel Report Service provides the following options for selecting data cuts for your report:

  1. Standard Data Cuts
    • Geographic Location

    • Industry Sector

    • Annual Revenue

    • Number of Employees

    • Corporate Status (Public, Private, Non-Profit, Government)

    • Annual Quota / Sales Responsibility

  2. Data Cuts for Start-ups and VC Funded Companies

    • Founder of Company

    • Source of Start-up Funding (Self-Funded or VC-Funded)

    • Amount of Start-up Funding Obtained

    • Financing Round Most Recently Completed

  3. Filter Data by Combining Two Data Cuts (aka Cross-Tab, 2-Dimensional Data Cut)
    If sufficient data is available for a specific job, we allow you to combine two different data cuts. Examples include, but are not limited to:

    • Industry Sector by Geographic Location

    • Company Size by Geographic Location

    • Company Size by Industry Sector

    • Corporate Status by Industry Sector

  4. Create Custom Benchmark/Peer Groups
    You can create and save an unlimited number of custom benchmark groups comprised of selected peer companies.

  5. View Your Company's Data for Comparisons to Market Data
    We provide a separate row of data that shows your company's pay levels for each selected job, allowing you to see how you compare to market. This helps you quickly detect which jobs are above or below market rates, providing a useful method of communicating exceptions to management.

    Note: Your company's data is not visible by other participants or organizations.

  1. Filter data by Cash Allowance & Cash Incentive Eligibility:

  • Incumbents Eligible for Cash Allowances

  • Incumbents Eligible for Cash Incentives

  • Incumbents Eligible for both Cash Allowances and Cash Incentives

  • Incumbents Not Eligible for either Cash Allowances or Cash Incentives

Data Aging
You also have the option to view cash compensation data adjusted to a common effective salary date using budgeted base salary increase factors provided by participants. Alternatively, you can view raw data (in aggregate form) collected from participants that is not aged/adjusted.
