Eligibility Requirements
We invite board members,
executives, and HR professionals responsible for board
compensation to submit data on behalf of their
organizations. HR consulting firms do not qualify to
participate. However, we encourage HR consultants to
have the firms they represent participate.
Participation Requirements
You are required to submit compensation data by
December 6, 2009 for all outside, non-employee directors
on your organization's board.
Availability of Online Reports
Access
to custom online board of directors compensation reports will
be
restricted to participants that complete data submission requirements.
Compensation outputs will include cash retainers,
meeting fees, total annual cash compensation, long-term
incentives, and total direct compensation.
Online reports will be available to participants on December
7, 2009.
