Participation is required in Culpepper Compensation Surveys. You must submit
current compensation data
for all employees matching jobs covered in each survey and location you choose to include in your subscription.
To ensure that we are collecting current data,
we require annual participation in our compensation surveys. For
companies that review salaries on a common annual focal date, we require
data submission as soon as possible after your salary reviews. For
companies that review salaries on the anniversary of an individual employee’s
date of hire, we require data submission within 90 days of the
start of your subscription.
However, if needed, a deferred participation date can be arranged if
mutually agreed to at the time of subscription purchase.
Confidentiality
We fully recognize the sensitivity of participant data
and hold individual company and employee data in strictest confidence.
Any and all survey data submitted to Culpepper
is not disclosed to or resold by third-parties. Survey data
is only published in aggregate form and is never displayed or released by
Culpepper in such a way that a participant's pay levels, practices, or
personally identifiable information (PII)
could be determined.
