Participation Requirements
Participation is required in Culpepper Compensation Surveys. You must submit current compensation data for all employees matching jobs covered in each survey and location you choose to include in your subscription.

To ensure that we are collecting current data, we require annual participation in our compensation surveys. For companies that review salaries on a common annual focal date, we require data submission as soon as possible after your salary reviews. For companies that review salaries on the anniversary of an individual employee’s date of hire, we require data submission within 90 days of the start of your subscription. However, if needed, a deferred participation date can be arranged if mutually agreed to at the time of subscription purchase.

Confidentiality
We fully recognize the sensitivity of participant data and hold individual company and employee data in strictest confidence. Data submitted to Culpepper is not disclosed to or resold by third-parties. Survey data is only published in aggregate form and is never displayed or released by Culpepper in such a way that a participant's pay levels, practices, or personally identifiable information (PII) could be determined.
