2010-2011 Culpepper Salary Budget & Planning Survey

The 2010-2011 Culpepper Salary Budget & Planning Survey focuses on current and projected salary increase budgets with breakouts by type of job and country. Topics covered include salary budget practices, base salary range structure increases, promotional increases, and variable pay budgets.

To date, over 550 organizations have participated and submitted salary increase data
across 90 countries.

If you are responsible for salary budgets in your organization, we invite you to
participate in this survey.

Price: FREE to participants.

Participation Deadline:
The survey will close August 22, 2010.

Availability of Reports:
After you participate, you will be able to view copies of our most recent salary budget reports. You will also have access to updated preliminary results through the end of August. All qualifying participants will receive a final comprehensive report, after we have finished collecting, verifying, and analyzing survey data. The final report in PDF format will be delivered via e-mail by September 3, 2010.

Eligibility:
We invite executives and professionals within HR and finance departments to submit data on behalf of their organizations. HR consulting firms do not qualify to participate. However, we encourage HR consultants to have the firms they represent participate.
