Culpepper Small Business Compensation Survey packages
provide comprehensive data and enterprise market pricing reporting tools at affordable prices
for small companies with limited budgets. We designed and priced these survey packages to meet
the unique needs of technology, cleantech, and life science companies with less than 100 employees
and operations in one geographic location.
Each Small Business Compensation Survey package includes a cross-section
of jobs from each of our core compensation surveys. Company-size data cuts and custom peer groups
are limited to comparisons against other small companies, allowing you to price your jobs against
similar sized companies.
To ensure that we are reporting current and comprehensive data, participation
is required in Culpepper Compensation Surveys. You must submit current compensation
data for all employees matching jobs covered in each survey and location you choose
to include in your subscription.
For companies that review salaries on a common annual focal date, we require data submission as soon as
possible after your salary reviews. For companies that review salaries on the anniversary of an individual
employee's date of hire, we require data submission within 90 days of the start of your subscription.
However, if needed, a deferred participation date can be arranged if mutually agreed to at the time of
subscription purchase.

business units, divisions, and subsidiaries of corporations with more than 50 worldwide
employees do not qualify for the Small Business package.

business units, divisions, and subsidiaries of corporations with more than 100
worldwide employees do not qualify for the Small Business Plus package.

The following types of organizations do not qualify to purchase
or participate in Culpepper Compensation Surveys directly. However, we encourage
