      Company size data cuts and custom peer groups are limited to comparisons against other start-ups and small companies.

    • Geographic Data Cuts

      ubscriptions to U.S. data are limited to one geographic locale, area, and pay zone. Subscriptions to international data are limited to one country and include data for all available cities with sufficient data.

Pricing and Qualification for Annual Online Subscription License

  • Start-up: $495 USD ($545 Effective January 1, 2010)
    Limited to companies with less than 20 world-wide employees.

  • Small Company: $995 USD ($1,045 Effective January 1, 2010)
    Limited to companies with less than 50 world-wide employees.

  • Small Company Plus: $1,595 USD ($1,695 Effective January 1, 2010)
    Limited to companies with less than 100 world-wide employees.

Payment Terms for New & Renewing Subscribers
Please note that you will not be able to receive access to online content, reports, services, or printed books until we have received and approved your payment. To receive an invoice, you must complete a online order and select "Bill Me" on the billing page. After your order has been received, we will send you an invoice via email.

Credit Card is required for orders placed outside of the U.S. and Canada.


Participation Data Requirements
Participation is required in Culpepper Compensation Surveys. You must submit current compensation data for all employees matching jobs covered in each survey and location you choose to include in your subscription.

Participation Deadline
To ensure that we are collecting current data, we require annual participation in our compensation surveys. For companies that review salaries on a common annual focal date, we require data submission as soon as possible after your salary reviews. For companies that review salaries on the anniversary of an individual employee’s date of hire, we require data submission within 90 days of the start of your subscription.
However, if needed, a deferred participation date can be arranged if mutually agreed to at the time of subscription purchase.
