Participation Data Requirements
To ensure that we are reporting current and comprehensive data, participation is required in Culpepper Compensation Surveys. You must submit current compensation data for all employees matching jobs covered in each survey and location you choose to include in your subscription.

Participation Deadline
For companies that review salaries on a common annual focal date, we require data submission as soon as possible after your salary reviews. For companies that review salaries on the anniversary of an individual employee's date of hire, we require data submission within 90 days of the start of your subscription. However, if needed, a deferred participation date can be arranged if mutually agreed to at the time of subscription purchase.

Non-Qualifying Organizations
The following types of organizations do not qualify to purchase or participate in Culpepper Compensation Surveys directly. However, we encourage these types of organizations to have the companies they represent order their own subscription.

Pricing for Annual Online Compensation Survey License

• Northwest:  $1,745 USD
  The Northwest Compensation Survey provides regional and local compensation data for the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, and Idaho).
• Washington Life Sciences:  $1,045 USD
  The Washington Life Sciences Compensation Survey provides local compensation data for life science organizations in Washington State.
• Washington Technology:  $1,175 USD
  The Washington Technology Compensation Survey provides local compensation data for IT, technology, and cleantech companies in Washington State.

Payment Terms for New & Renewing Subscribers
Please note that you will not be able to receive access to online content, reports, or services until we have received and approved your payment. To receive an invoice, you must complete an online order and select "Bill Me" on the billing page. After your order has been received, we will send you an invoice via email.
