Please
note that you will not be able to receive access to online content, reports,
services, or printed books until we have received and approved your payment. To
receive an invoice, you must complete a online order and select "Bill Me" on the
billing page. After your order has been received, we will send you an invoice
via email.
Participation Data Requirements
Participation is required in Culpepper Compensation Surveys.
You must submit current compensation data for all employees matching jobs
covered in each survey and location you choose to include in your subscription.
Participation Deadline
To ensure that we are collecting current data, we require annual
participation in our compensation surveys. For companies that review salaries on
a common annual focal date, we require data submission as soon as possible after your salary reviews.
For
companies that review salaries on the anniversary of an individual employee’s
date of hire, we require data submission within 90 days of the start of your
subscription.
However, if needed, a deferred participation
date can be arranged if mutually agreed to at the time of subscription purchase
