Order Form for Compensation Surveys by Job Function

Participation Data Requirements
To ensure that we are reporting current and comprehensive data, participation is required in Culpepper Compensation Surveys. You must submit current compensation data for all employees matching jobs covered in each survey and location you choose to include in your subscription. If you submit compensation data for all worldwide locations, you will receive access to all available countries included in your subscription. If you are unable to submit data for all worldwide locations, you will receive access to countries submitted.

Participation Deadline
For companies that review salaries on a common annual focal date, we require data submission as soon as possible after your salary reviews. For companies that review salaries on the anniversary of an individual employee's date of hire, we require data submission within 90 days of the start of your subscription. However, if needed, a deferred participation date can be arranged if mutually agreed to at the time of subscription purchase.

Non-Qualifying Organizations
The following types of organizations do not qualify to purchase or participate in Culpepper Compensation Surveys directly. However, we encourage these types of organizations to have the companies they represent order their own subscription.

Survey Library subscriptions provide complete access to our compensation, pay practices, benefits,
and job descriptions survey databases. If you need to purchase compensation data for multiple job functions, you can save over 40 percent by purchasing a Survey Library subscription bundling multiple core compensation surveys (i.e., Executive, Life Sciences, Operations, Sales, Technology).

Payment Terms for New & Renewing Subscribers
